Due to heavy snowfall on the Friday morning and more forecast for later, this year’s Brow Hike has had to be postponed until 21st and 22nd September 2013.
We are keen to ensure that all teams who would have competed in the event in March are able to start the hike in September, even if some members have since had birthdays. Therefore the following amendments to the normal rules apply:
- Age of Entrants – All 4 team members must be 11 or over on the day of the hike, and must have been aged 15 or younger on the 23rd March 2013.
- Maximum Total Age of Team – the total age of the team on the 22nd September 2013 will be disregarded. Instead, the team’s total age will be calculated as at 23rd March 2013. The team’s total age as at this date must not exceed 56.
All other rules remain unchanged.
