There was no party before Christmas last year as we were all in lockdown and not able to meet, so we were really looking forward to it this year. We usually go bowling in Halifax, eat out, get back to St Paul’s and watch films before sleeping there for the hight.

However, the rules changed on the Tuesday before and the Scout Association moved back to Condition Yellow two days later. While we weren’t banned from holding the sleepover, we couldn’t fulfil the requirements in time, so we did everything else, but the Cubs went home to bed that night.
